Our Full-Day Dry Hire Lockout service provides a comfortable, sound-proofed, and fully equipped space for all creatives: producers, mixers, composers, instrumentalists, directors, videographers, and more. Perfect for recordings, mixing sessions, rehearsals, music jams, podcasts, video/photo shoots, workshops, and songwriting camps. Work with your own team seamlessly and at your own pace! BOOKING POLICY Advance Booking: Book up to 60 days in advance. Latest booking: 2 days before the start time. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your session. No refunds or changes allowed within 48 hours of the session. Payment: Payment required in advance via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. *Soundscape engineers are available at an additional charge of €250 per day. **Soundscape producers are available at an additional charge of €750 per day.
