Packages Policy

1. Package Purchase
Packages are a one-time payment, valid for 1-3 months depending on the package. Each includes a set number of recording or dry hire services.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime, but packages are non-refundable and remain active until the end of their validity.

3. Unused Hours
All hours must be used within the validity period; unused hours will be forfeited.

4. Booking Sessions
Sessions must be booked in advance via our online service or by contacting us at +357 25 717567 or +357 99 325567. Availability is first-come, first-served.

5. No Refunds
Package fees are non-refundable, and unused hours or services within the validity period will not be credited.

6. Changes to Terms
We may amend these terms at any time, with prior notice to clients.
